Yes, after a long hiatus spending time as a surgical trainee and discovering how incredibly bad i can sound while playing the sax I have looked back at the blog and figured a weekly entry is required again.
So where does the disillusioned doctor hang out?
Well thanks to the forever changing world of medicine, I now am working as part of a new genetics group at TCD. Yes, instead of dealing with drunks, working all night and weekends, I know deal with DNA and have the time to figure out what one is meant to do when they finish work at five. This usually involves watching soaps and reading, but hey its a start.
On another note valentines day is coming up and as a warning to all, don’t expect jack from Mr Patel.
